There are so many benefits to walking and hiking with a weighted vest on. It kind of seems weird because carrying extra weight on your body as fat is not good for your joints, but temporarily carrying extra weight with the weighted vest is actually super beneficial. I’m telling you Google it and there’s so much info out there!.
I got the 20 pound one from Walmart in the link below and the 16 pound one from Amazon. Both are great. But I kind of prefer the Walmart one because it sits higher on my body and doesn’t rub on my hips.
