INGREDIENTS figs olive oil balsamic glaze parmigiano reggiano salt (as needed) INSTRUCTIONS 1. Thinly slice figs lengthwise and arrange them on a platter. 2. Dress with olive oil and balsamic glaze. 3. Shave parmigiano reggiano over and enjoy!
