How to Martini Ice
INGREDIENTS
manzanilla olives
½ oz vermouth
2 ½ oz gin
ice
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place three olives per ice cube tray cavity, making as many ice cubes as you’d like.
2. Fill with the brine of the olives, and place in the freezer overnight.
3. Place gin, vermouth, and ice into a glass and stir. *If you’d like a DIRTY martini, add some olive brine.
4. Place olive cubes into a martini glass, pour over the ice, and enjoy!
