We love the way this open shelving turned out. The cookbooks, the woven & acacia bins and the Peanuts Collection tea set work so well together and really complement each other. When styling open shelving, it's great to have pops of color mixed with neutrals as well as different textures of items to create a stunning display that, in an ideal world, is also functional!

Organizing shoes, especially after a move, is like playing a matching game. Find the left and find the right to make a match. Once you've got all of the pairs and lined them up on the shelf, you win! 😉

But when it's one of our all time fave (and longest) clients, we'll fold all day for them.

At first glance, it might look like these stuffed animals are out of place (but they are more than just stuffed animals!). You'll see that this is a first-aid drawer - sometimes a kid needs a band-aid, sometimes they need an ice pack, and sometimes they just need a lovie that doubles as a heating pad. 🧸

This is such a simple thing, but putting labeled bins for cleaning supplies, trash bags, dishwashing supplies, etc., under your sinks can provide the perfect solution for all those jumbled bottles. No more rummaging around to find the glass cleaner or to replace the kitchen trash bag!

Organizing doesn't have to be fancy or use complicated organizing products (like some of those 'viral' products all over socials right now), but creating a contained space for the things that live in a spot means items are visible and easy to access, and grouping like items ensures you know what you've got. The white plastic bins used here are the absolute least flashy product we use - but one of the most effective.

These built-in cubbies in the playroom were perfect for dress-up clothes allowing our tiny client to easily decide which princess she feels like being on any given day. 👸

With the weather *finally* beginning to feel fall-like here in Nashville, we are working in garages again! We loved turning this area into a kid-friendly space where they can access their things in the labeled bins, play, and then put everything away in an orderly manner when they're done.

We were thrilled to be able to repurpose our clients existing shelving and get it feeling tidy with some of our favorite (and super cost effective) bins.

We love these elfa shelves for so much more than just closets! Hall closets are known for performing multiple functions - like this one, which is a linen closet and a kid's arts and craft closet. This snack drawer is any kid's after school dream. These bamboo tension dividers keep the snacks grouped by type for easy picking and maintained order! That's a win/win for both you AND the kiddos.

When some of our team wrapped up a client project early, it was field trip time! They popped by one of our favorite and most utilized places - The Container Store. They explored the aisles and got a feel for some new products which was quite the treat because normally they are knee-deep in client projects. We really believe in empowering our team to learn and grow to serve our clients as best they can so product recon is always on the table!

Men need organization too! An organized closet leads to a productive day and less stress, which is what we all want. We've noticed that while men aren't usually the ones starting the organizing process, once they see what happens in the rest of the house or their partner's closet, they are fully on board! Even if they are resistant to start, when we've worked some magic elsewhere, we hear 'hey, can you do my closet too?' and we say 'of course'!

This was a collaboration with @jt_calclosetsnashville which was so needed and so much fun.
