Let’s Chat… First, remember when this was our garage??? Yep, still is… KIND OF 💜 When John and I got married June 2021, we went round and round about where we were going to live… his house, mine, or something new… how we were going to make all of our kids feel at home… wherever home may be. We ended up deciding to make my house our home, but that didn’t come without it’s struggles. We ended up deciding to convert our entire garage into a two bedroom apartment for his teen boys. It took a “minute” but it turned out just perfect 💜 And when I say “struggles”, that also includes where his oldest told me he wanted his room theme to be a combo of a rare purple Nike Jordan sneakers, fishing, and Denver Broncos 🤦🏻‍♀️ The challenge of all design challenges! After his room went a little “viral” recently, I’ve had so many questions about his sneaker mural! I got his wallpaper mural from Society 6 but unfortunately, it looks like it’s sold out now.
