Deff recommend some pain killers like Tylenol and Motrin . I also used Colace and gas x to help relieve pressure and make things easier when that time came👌🏽 Cica and these scar patches are an absolute must to help heal and lessen the darken appearance of any scar ! Another tip since it’s 🌤️ summertime— always put extra sunblock on your scars because the sun exposure will deepen them! Or keep area cover led as much as possible! I always apply vitamin c as well!
