Everything I’m using and products that have been life savers to help with my c-section experience and to prevent and help heal my scar!

Deff recommend some pain killers like Tylenol and Motrin . I also used Colace and gas x to help relieve pressure and make things easier when that time came👌🏽
Cica and these scar patches are an absolute must to help heal and lessen the darken appearance of any scar !

Another tip since it’s 🌤️ summertime— always put extra sunblock on your scars because the sun exposure will deepen them! Or keep area cover led as much as possible! I always apply vitamin c as well!

Pregnancy Strechmark prevention and skincare hydration 🩵💕🍼 I rotate these daily from the moment I found out I was pregnant …so far my skin is hydrated and no strech marks
✨Adding hyaluronic acid mixed with your lotion, is a great way to hydrate the skin and good for your face too!
✨The trofolastin has a weird smell, but it’s also helped my older scars is good for scarring pregnancy or not.
I also like the cicaplast for any type of scarring/stretch mark use

What’s in my carry on… I’ve listed my top necessities for a flight/ road trip carry on ( just also add some snacks +water bottle to refill 👌🏽).

My anker charger is super compact and quickly charged phones/ go pro etc… this is also good if you go on an excursion where you may not have a outlet! I have the bigger one for longer trips!

Sanitizer/ wipes are a must for cleaning plane area and even at restaurants. Of course I bring a few makeup/ skincare and toiletries I love this #hollis bag and it matches my luggage!

The hat clip is so cute and clips on your bag if you don’t want to squish your hat in your luggage.
Lastly bring electronics and a good book for some entertainment. I’ve just started the new Bridgerton , I’m. Obsessed with this series/show!

Always do oil /serum products 1st (so the caffine & murad surum ) I roll these in with my jade roller (iced so nice ) then add your eye creams. ✨I love this new mask by Dr. Zion and Murad! 👌🏽It’s amazing in just one use! My eyes feel like lifted and so moisturized I just started using this prob will do once / week! I use these products on myself, my husband & mom and we all have great results! They only need a dab can be used day/night & normally last ~4 months.
