Let’s make these beautiful DIY textured ornaments. 🌲Using shatterproof clear ornaments, apply two coats of matte acrylic paint mixed with baking soda, drying between coats. 🌲After those coats are dry, heavily load your paint brush with the paint/baking soda mixture. Apply to the ornaments in patting motions slowly to pull the wet paint upwards creating extra dimension and texture. 🌲Using a natural sponge, and a lighter shade paint, gently tap the paint over the ornament. 🌲While the paint is very slightly wet, roll the ornament in ground cloves. 🌲Once dry, brush off excess cloves with a clean paint brush. 🌲Apply Rub n Buff and metallic paint to create the antique effect. 🌲Not only are these ornaments gorgeous with their texture, dimension, and antique effects, but they smell incredible! Comment INFO PLEASE and will send you a link to everything I used. Be sure to save, and tag a friend you’d have fun making these with. 🌲 (I used the following colors—Folk Art Bark Brown, Folk Art Coffee Latte, Folk Art Linen, Folk Art Cool Bisque. Rub n Buff Spanish Copper & Antique Gold, and the last coat was Folk Art Metallic Antique Copper.) *Not shown, I removed the ornament tops and painted them with Antique Gold Rub n Buff. thesassyoak diychristmas diychristmasdecor diychristmasdecorations diychristmasornaments christmasdecor christmasdecorating christmasdiy antiquechristmas christmastree christmasdecorideas christmastreedecorating christmastreeornaments neutralchristmas neutralchristmasdecor ltkhome cozyhome mixerofstyles Christmas ornaments, Christmas tree, Moody Christmas, Woodland Christmas, Vintage Christmas, DIY Christmas, DIY Christmas Ornaments LTKVideo LTKHome LTKHoliday
