If you can’t be at Augusta this weekend, at least your salad can. 🥗

This Green Jacket Salad is inspired by the legendary dish served at the Green Jacket Restaurant—just across from Augusta National. While the golfers chased trophies, the locals came for this salad. Light, tangy, and just the right amount of crunch—it became a Southern staple faster than you can say “Amen Corner.”

Here’s how you can make it at home:

Green Jacket Salad
• 2 hearts of romaine, chopped
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped (I left out bc I don’t care for tomatoes
• 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
• 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
• 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
• 1 cup crumbled pita chips
• Fresh black pepper to taste

Famous Dressing:
• 3 Tbsp oil (regular or olive)
• 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
• 2 tsp seasoned salt
• 1 tsp dried oregano

Whisk until well blended and toss with the salad just before serving.

It’s porch-perfect with sweet tea or a crisp glass of white, and makes a fine companion to just about anything!

Remember: if you can’t win the green jacket, you can still serve it. ⛳️💚⛳️

This one-ingredient cheese ball is a total hole-in-one for your Masters watch party!

I combined two Boursin cheeses (I used Lemon & Dill), rolled them into a ball using Saran Wrap, then popped it in the freezer for 10 minutes to set. Once firm, I used a golf tee to create those signature dimples. Serve it on a bed of fresh dill or parsley with your favorite crackers, and you’ve got a snack that’s simple, delicious, and on par with tradition.

Some traditions are better with cheese.

It’s my take on the Starbucks version, and from what I’ve heard, it’s pretty close. I’ve never had the original since it has pineapple, which I’m allergic to, but this recipe has been a game-changer for me.

If you’ve been keeping up with my stories, you know I’ve been battling a stubborn cold and some mystery illness I just can’t shake. These medicine balls have been my go-to remedy—so soothing and comforting when you’re under the weather!
