Baking sweet potato pie with my girls using @glory_foods Sweet Potatoes 🥧 brings back all the cozy, nostalgic flavors I remember from my own childhood in the kitchen. There’s something so special about passing down traditions and watching them grow and glow with every little recipe we make together. Nothing feeds my soul more than this sweet time with them—building memories, one pie at a time. Tell me What feeds your soul during the Holidays?

🥧Ingredients
1 (15 oz.) can Glory Foods Sweet Potato Casserole
3 tbs. butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 9" pie shell, uncooked and frozen

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
Set rack to center of the oven and place a cookie sheet on center rack.
2. Combine all liquids in a large mixing bowl. Blend in the cornstarch and mix. Add Glory Foods Sweet Potato Casserole and mix thoroughly until smooth.
3. Pour mixture into the prepared pie shell. Place filled pie shell in oven on the cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
4. Reduce heat in oven to 300°F and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until filling is set.
Carefully remove the pie from the oven. Allow to cool.

50 minutes

Servings
6-8

Veggie Chili Recipe:
Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
1 large yellow onion diced small 1/2 cup Yellow Pepper Diced small
1/2 cup green pepper, diced small
4 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 can red kidney beans (15.5oz) 1 can Red small beans (15.5oz) 1 (28oz) can tomato puree
1 (15.5oz) Diced Tomatoes (chili style)
1/2 cup Diced Zucchini
1/2 cup diced Carrots
1/2 cup Frozen Corn

Instructions:
Step 1: Select the STIRMAX preset, and press Start, increase the cooking time to 15 minutes. Use default STIR LOW setting. Once preheated, add onions and peppers to the pot and sauté for 5 minutes.

Step 2: Add all seasonings. Cook for 2 minutes

Step 3: Add remaining ingredients and cover. After 15 minutes timer is up, it will automatically switch to simmer for 40 minutes.

Step 4: When the chili is done, add cheese, green onions or cilantro, and serve!

Looking for fun ways to teach your toddler their colors. This activity was so simple and budget friendly to create your going to want to save it. All you need is (5) @magnatiles of each color, assemble them into individual boxes and help your toddler pick up the Pom Pom’s with tongs or a scoop and place in the corresponding box. Here’s a tip make sure they are saying the color as many times as they will. And If you have younger toddlers you can purchase larger Pom poms from places like @hobbylobby and @amazon.

Let’s just say I will always be here for the budget friendly & fun educational activities.
