Looking for fun ways to teach your toddler their colors. This activity was so simple and budget friendly to create your going to want to save it. All you need is (5) @magnatiles of each color, assemble them into individual boxes and help your toddler pick up the Pom Pom’s with tongs or a scoop and place in the corresponding box. Here’s a tip make sure they are saying the color as many times as they will. And If you have younger toddlers you can purchase larger Pom poms from places like @hobbylobby and @amazon.

Let’s just say I will always be here for the budget friendly & fun educational activities.

1. @joycat_official Talking Flashcards: They come with a bunch of flashcards but you can pull out what you need like the number and color cards.

2. @joycat_official Magnetic Fishing Game: Use the rod to grab the fishy’s and put them in the right cups enforcing color and number recognition.

3. Sorting The Acorns: Great for fine motor skills, color recognition and sorting skills.

4. Counting Ice Cream Cones: We use these for all types of stuff one being pretend play ice cream parlor, but it’s creating for counting, patterns and colors.

5. @ikeausa Abacus: Old school and still a great tool for counting, colors and eventually addition and subtraction. It’s one of those toys that grows with your child.
