Salads not filling you up? BuildYourBowl with more fats and proteins!
Starting with a nice drizzle of my “Simply Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing,” on a bed of romaine lettuce, here I’ve put together a fat and protein packed blend of chopped chicken breast, homemade bacon bits, toasted pecans, pumpkin seeds and chia seeds with layers of Fuji apple and dried cranberries for a filling and completely satisfying bowl.
