We have a lot of winter ahead. Are you ready?

Aritzia coats are performance coats. They’re from Canada. They know their stuff! I’m wearing a size large in the super puff and a medium in the slouch coat. These are top quality.

Talbots green coat is a medium weight. Beautiful quality and perfect for climates that are more temperate or cold climates in spring. Wearing a 10 petite.

Tan barn jacket wearing a large. It’s really well done for the price, but good for temperate climates too.

Italian Meatball Soup

30 Amylu chicken meatballs
mirepoix(chopped onion, carrots & celery) mix from trader Jo’s
1/2-2/3 tube of tomato paste
2 Tbl Italian Seasoning
Olive oil
8 cups chicken broth
2” square parmigian cheese rind for flavoring
1 zucchini chopped
1 summer squash chopped
Salt pepper to taste
1/2 C fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Bake meatballs in 375 degree oven for about 20 minutes until browned. Saute mirepoix mix in olive oil about 10 min. Add tomato paste and Italian seasoning. Cook another min or two. Add chicken stock and Parmesan rind. Stir and simmer about 20 min. Add squash. Cook another 10 min. Add meatballs. Serve. Garnish with fresh Parmesan cheese.
