Summer layers … Let’s face it we need them as the weather is not playing ball ☔️so here are a few different options I wear on repeat. It’s important to have variety on your styles from a shape and proportions point of view because different styles work with different combos For example shorter, neater jackets are better either way wide leg trousers and denim and balance out the volume on the bottom. Whereas longer blazers/utility styles are very good with a slimmer leg jean. There’s obviously lots more you can look at from quilted jackets to cropped trenches, bombers and more but it is always the proportions of an entire outfit that you need to consider together.
