So thought it might be useful to have a few prompts to help prevent you falling into a gym gear on repeat rut!!
🏃♀️Prep and plan your outfits in advance to stop you from reaching for the same few items on repeat.
🏃♀️If denim is a big part of your casual/school run wardrobe then try different shapes and styles.
🏃♀️Mix up your outerwear - cardigans, light weight jackets, leather jacket etc - as this will help you to look like your whole outfit is different even if you’re wearing the same jeans and top underneath.
🏃♀️Don’t forget about accessories - jewellery/bags/belts etc.
🏃♀️ Mix up smart and casual pieces so sweatshirts with skirts/trousers with slogan tees etc
🏃♀️ Don’t ignore your dresses and skirts as these can be just as good worn casually with the right footwear and layers too.
