If you’re in need of workwear on a budget perhaps you’re a student or you have an interview but not a job yet, Bar iii at Macy’s has some moderately priced suit separates. The single button blazer runs pretty true to size and is lined. Matching pants are unlined. I’m 5’3 and the regular misses size 12 blazer fit me and the size 14 pants. Petite would be better for me for sleeve length and pant length but since they were not an option in this label I tried misses and it was ok.

Holiday outfit from Old Navy. Perfect for Christmas, Office holiday party, cocktails, New Years Eve. Love that it’s nice enough for a work function but could be glam as well! I can see using the tuxedo blazer separate from the satin trimmed pants too! Blazer is Medium Petite. Wide leg Pants are petite large. As a pear shape woman who is wider in the hips than I am up top I appreciate the flexibility of separates I can customize sizes. You can eat anything underneath this but they have some nice sparkly tees as well for Hannukah, Xmas, or NYE. I may wear this for the Nutcracker ballet 🩰 this year at Lincoln Center.

Great fall plaid suit separates on BOGO sale at Talbots. I ordered a 14 petite in blazer and could’ve ordered a 12P. Pants I ordered a 16p and although they fit I think a 14P would be better. Would look great together and also can be worn separately for more versatile options.

Strapless dress is a fake wrap design on a bias. I think this dress would be cute with a collar dress shirt underneath! And since it’s target it’s affordable. They made these suit separates in navy pinstripe, gray pinstripe, or black. Black sold out. Wide leg Pants are also available with a faux boxer top. blazer. Feels like pretty good quality for the low price. Blazer is a medium. Oversized so I would size down. Dress is true to size. This is me wearing a large. I’m only a 36c or b so XL was too big to stay up in the bust area.

But for now I like them with these sling backs for warmer temps. Bought them twice! The top is walmart and a great basic for work. Blazer is Future Collective from Target and so cute and flattering for pear shape figures. I have a tiny waist and wide hips and blazers never accommodate both dimensions well. This one did it! It’s meant for an hourglass figure. That never happens!!! And since its target it’s affordable. Charcoal gray solid color one button blazer. Is lined. Feels like good quality.

Time for fall colors like this acorn squash golden crewneck sweater from Old Navy. Pairs beautifully with these amazing Jeans from Walmart. Great autumn outfit on a budget. I’m wearing a large in the sweater and need a size 14 in the jeans. Jean have a very upscale sophisticated look with a wide hem and seam down the center and plenty of stretch. A tad long on my 5’4 frame but likely perfect with heels. Would be great casual outfit for Thanksgiving.
