Let’s do it right! 🍵✨ Here’s the basic (but essential) recipe for a smooth, non-bitter cup: 1️⃣ Sift 1 tsp ceremonial-grade matcha into a bowl (no clumps, no problem).🍵🍵 if you buy that cheap stuff, it will taste bitter and meh!! 2️⃣ Add a splash of warm (not boiling!) water—about 2oz. 3️⃣ Whisk like you mean it! Use a zigzag motion for that dreamy froth. 4️⃣ Pour in more warm water or frothed milk 5️⃣ add in a sweetener (if you’d like).
