Here is what I eat in a day …and how I work out to stay healthy and maintain after losing 40lbs and getting a tummy tuck and breast lift in one year!

The best post operation loose fitting yoga pants. They are wide leg and have a wide waistband! I am 5’2” and got the 29” inseam and the size small. They are perfect and make me feel put together!
