Here is what I eat in a day …and how I work out to stay healthy and maintain after losing 40lbs and getting a tummy tuck and breast lift in one year! Also, reminder I am 6 weeks out from surgery and I was finally cleared to workout. We are taking it very easy to start getting our body moving! The best post operation loose fitting yoga pants. They are wide leg and have a wide waistband! I am 5’2” and got the 29” inseam and the size small. They are perfect and make me feel put together! While staying comfy. I had a full mommy makeover and needed comfy lounge pants!
