Holy smokes did this recipe turn out great! Make this AMAZING Carnivore quesadilla for yourself:

Carnivore flatbread:
1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese (skim will not work)
1 cup high fat greek yogurt
3 eggs

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Mix ingredients.
3. Line a baking pan with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and pour the mixture onto it.
4. Bake for 20 minutes.

Carnivore Quesadilla
1 Carnivore Flatbread
1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella
1/2 cup cooked chorizo
1/2 cup shredded rotisserie chicken

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Flip Carnivore flatbread over on the baking sheet and layer the cheese, chicken, and chorizo on one half. Flip the other half of the quesadilla onto itself.
3. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until the cheese is melty. Cut and enjoy!

We cooked a prime rib for New Year’s Day using our Meater+ meat thermometers to ensure it was cooked to perfection! We used a garlic herb butter rub that we let sit for about 24 hours in the fridge, and then baked at 250 degree F (121 degrees C) for 3.5 hours. Once the Meater+ told us to pull it from the oven, we let it rest for about 30 minutes. Yum!!!

Let me show you my chicken wing recipe! We use Adobo, garlic and onion powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika along with a splash of high quality avocado oil. Mix it all up and then preheat your air fryer to 410 F for 2 minutes. Then, put the wings in with the wingtips facing the center and air fry for 18-21 minutes, flipping once. I use Primal Kitchen buffalo sauce because they use organic avocado oil instead of canola. 8 wings is about 29 ounces of meat or 144g of protein, perfect carnivore meal after a strength training session 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻#LTKkitchen #carnivorediet
