We cooked a prime rib for New Year’s Day using our Meater+ meat thermometers to ensure it was cooked to perfection! We used a garlic herb butter rub that we let sit for about 24 hours in the fridge, and then baked at 250 degree F (121 degrees C) for 3.5 hours.
