Chocolate Caramel Apple Pops-
- Fresh apples, sliced to 1/2 inch thickness
- Popsicle sticks
- Caramel sauce
- Melted chocolate
- Toppings of your choice (such as chopped almonds, toffee bits, Reese's Pieces, pretzels, chopped nuts, dried fruit)
Directions:
1. Create a slit at the bottom of each apple slice and insert a popsicle stick.
2. Dip the apple slices in caramel and place them on a lined baking sheet or dish. Chill for 20 minutes (you can put them in the freezer for faster setting).
3. Dip the caramel-coated apple slices in melted chocolate. Make sure the chocolate is at room temperature.
4. Add your desired toppings to the chocolate-covered slices before the chocolate sets.
5. Chill until serving for a delicious and fun treat that everyone will love!
