I am officially in my 3rd trimester and these daily walks are making me feel amazing!

Not only have they been helping me physically during this pregnancy but also mentally while taking care of my twin toddler boys!!

They seriously give me a boost of energy I desperately need. I never felt better pregnant and it is a serious confidence booster.

My biggest goal this pregnancy is maintaining a low blood pressure (which wasn’t the case with my twin pregnancy) and hopefully these daily fast paced walks get me a little closer to having a VBAC.

One of the best things I did this pregnancy so far is push myself to stay active.

I ran a lot prior to getting pregnant and tried running in my first trimester but was way too nauseous so I stopped.

I started prioritizing daily faced paced walks and they have been doing wonders for my pregnancy and I!

I am entering my 3rd trimester this week and I’ve never felt better pregnant. I hope these walks can continue and I cannot wait to keep sharing cute summer bump friendly workout outfits.

I am a week away from my 3rd trimester and I am truly feeling my best.

Ever since I started prioritizing daily fast paced walks, I’ve noticed a huge shift in my pregnancy.

• I feel like I have more energy
• I am not feeling any aches and pains (at least not yet)
• My blood pressure has been doing amazing and even lower then it was in my first trimester. This was something I struggled with with my twin pregnancy
• I get a little “me time” and a break from taking care of my twin toddler boys who can be a lot at times! They are always on the go 🤪

I also did some research about the benefits of exercise during pregnancy (which btw I was never active during my twin pregnancy) and read that daily exercise and staying active while pregnant can actually help to avoid a c-section, reduce pregnancy complications, and faster recovery.

My twins were born via a c-section and with this baby I am hoping being active daily increases my chances for a VBAC!
