I am a week away from my 3rd trimester and I am truly feeling my best. Ever since I started prioritizing daily fast paced walks, I’ve noticed a huge shift in my pregnancy. • I feel like I have more energy • I am not feeling any aches and pains (at least not yet) • My blood pressure has been doing amazing and even lower then it was in my first trimester. This was something I struggled with with my twin pregnancy • I get a little “me time” and a break from taking care of my twin toddler boys who can be a lot at times! They are always on the go 🤪 I also did some research about the benefits of exercise during pregnancy (which btw I was never active during my twin pregnancy) and read that daily exercise and staying active while pregnant can actually help to avoid a c-section, reduce pregnancy complications, and faster recovery. My twins were born via a c-section and with this baby I am hoping being active daily increases my chances for a VBAC!
