One of the best things I did this pregnancy so far is push myself to stay active.
I ran a lot prior to getting pregnant and tried running in my first trimester but was way too nauseous so I stopped.
I started prioritizing daily faced paced walks and they have been doing wonders for my pregnancy and I!
I am entering my 3rd trimester this week and I’ve never felt better pregnant. I hope these walks can continue and I cannot wait to keep sharing cute summer bump friendly workout outfits.
