What you'll need:
1/2 cup packed fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon water
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Pulse together in a food processor until emulsified. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate up to 3 days.
