After two in-depth protocols, these are the basic items I’ll keep on hand for life! Highly recommend NOT purchasing supplements from Amazon, use a wellevate account if you have one to save 25%. I began with an Organic acid test (OAT) to see where the issues were. This tests if you have mold, metals, toxins, plus your nutritional markers to see how well your methylation pathways are working. From there we learned a toxin test was needed which revealed some insane results, sharing in Instagram stories!

I add in creatine to help with methylation as over methylating thanks to one of my two MTHFR gene variations is an issue. Supplementing with creatine reduces the need of methyl donors by up to 50%, freeing up methyl donors to be used for other biochemical needs.
