WHAT I EAT IN A DAY✨ (Balanced & Sustainable!) Fueling my body the right way is a top priority, but I also believe in balance! Here’s a look at my daily meals: ⭐️High-protein Breakfast: whole eggs with egg whites + a side of air fried potatoes to get those carbs to help me lift heavy. I like to put a little No sugar added ketchup to my fries and of course have a cup of Americano in the morning. ⭐️Mid-day Snack/ Post-workout: Boiled eggs, and a fruit (green apple, mandarins, berries, or pineapple) ⭐️Lunch: Grilled chicken, edamames, white rice, kimchi (for healthy gut) with avocado for those healthy fats. ⭐️Afternoon Snack: Instant oatmeal with protein and berries on top. (Recipe on my page and YouTube channel) And if I’m on the go I take my @questnutrition protein bar or chips. ⭐️Dinner: This varies because I love going out with loved ones! But I always choose a balanced option—think grilled fish with veggies, a hearty salad, or a lean protein with a side of greens. 💡 Why Balance Matters: It’s not about restricting—it’s about nourishing! Eating whole, nutrient-dense foods keeps my energy high, muscles fueled, and mind sharp. And when I go out, I enjoy the moment while still making choices that align with my goals.
