CREAMY BALSAMIC CHOPPED SALAD
32 grams of protein, 300 calories
1/4 head romaine lettuce
1 mini cucumber
1 mini bell pepper
1 Roma tomato
1 hard boiled egg
4 ounces deli turkey
2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt 2%
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
onion salt (I use @redmondrealsalt save with HHH15)
Chop everything from lettuce to turkey in the little food chopper. Top with Greek yogurt, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and season with onion salt. Cover tightly, shake and enjoy!
