I hosted Cousins-giving last night and bought this All-Clad stainless steel roasting pan in advance. I was inspired by an old episode of Barefoot Contessa where Ina makes ‘Engagement Chicken.’ Thought I would try my hand at it for the occasion. The pan was great! I didn’t use the rack, just placed the chicken directly in the pan.
