My favorite matcha recipe I make on the daily! High in Protein, Antioxidants, and supports Glowy Skin 🍵
Ingredients
• 1-2 packets of Pique matcha (I do 2 bc I like it strong)
• 1/4 teaspoon organic vanilla bean powder
• 1/4 teaspoon monk fruit powder
• Pinch of sea salt
• 1/2 a scoop of vanilla protein powder
• 1 scoop of needed collagen
• 1 cup of milk, your choice!
Recipe
• Add all ingredients except milk into a small bowl
• Add 1/4 cup warm but not hot water, whisk until smooth
• Strain matcha mixture into a glass
• Add in milk, fill with ice
