These are a staple in our household! Banana Bread Muffins that are free of dairy, gluten, refined sugar, and full of protein 💪🏼
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
4 eggs
1/3 cup ground flax seeds
1 1/2 cup almond flour
1 1/2 cup protein powder
3 tsp baking powder
Recipe
- Mash bananas in a large bowl, add in eggs and whisk until smooth
- Add in remaining ingredients, mix until combined
- Pour into greased muffin tin, makes 12
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350
