Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
4 eggs
1/3 cup ground flax seeds
1 1/2 cup almond flour
1 1/2 cup protein powder
3 tsp baking powder
Recipe
-mash bananas in a large bowl, add in eggs and whisk until smooth
-add in remaining ingredients, mix until combined
-Pour into greased muffin tin, makes 12
-Bake for 30 minutes at 350
