You don’t have to work out every day for hours a day unless you really want to. Personally, I get in a couple of hard workouts a week and for the rest of the week I just make sure I’m moving my body a little bit several times throughout the day. Whether it’s a jog or a hike with a friend or some push-ups during a commercial break, exercise does not have to be painful.
