Comment BARREL to shop the jeans (available in several colors) and the looks! I’ve tried on loads of these and this particular brand fits like Joe’s Jeans for a fraction of the price! Barrel jeans do’s & don’ts: Do waist your tops! I like waisting my oversized tops and knits with an elastic band (also linked). This helps balance proportions and gives the eye somewhere to go. ⌛️ Do mind your shoes- some out there think chunky shoes look great with these jeans and IMO it looks clunky on my frame and the overall look I prefer; polished, classic. T-bar ballet flats and square or pointy toe boots or sling-backs look great with these jeans because they show a little skin and elongate the leg! 🥿 To me, chunky boots feel too heavy. 🥾 Do layer on a 3rd piece such as a Moto or blazer! Long cardigans compete with the silhouette of the jeans ultimately not “landing” anywhere because it all just looks big. 🥀 Don’t worry too much about getting it wrong!
