They offer it year-round in seasonal fabrics, colors, and prints, and it often comes in sizes 00-26W. It comes in different lengths too. It features a split neckline with a snap, a thick stretch waistband, and a tiered A-line skirt. This dress is so popular because the fit and silhouette work on a variety of body types. Bustier ladies can unsnap the bust, those with larger hips will have room through the skirt, and the flutter sleeves will comfortably fit large upper arms as well. I’m in the 1X.
