✨ Follow @withlove_tere for more fun home and plant tips 🪴✨TAP FOR DETAILS Creating a vintage-inspired terracotta planter is not only a simple DIY project, but it also adds a touch of rustic charm to your home decor. This DIY project is easy to do and doesn't require many supplies. All you need is a terracotta pot, joint compound, and a wet towel. To get started, clean your terracotta pot. Scoop about 1 cup of the joint compound into a plate and add a few tablespoons of water to create a paste. Use your hands or a brush to apply the paste creating a desired look. I like to add it a bit heavy and let the elements / over time help create that rustic look I'm going for. Once your planter is complete I set it out to dry. I love French-inspired plants like lavender, rosemary, or thyme. They're perfect for this planter because they look great and smell amazing! Let me know if you try it! LTKFind LTKhome LTKSeasonal
