If opening up your cabinets is giving you anxiety, it’s time to backstock and reset. This is the only room in the house that is truly my space. We share every other area. I didn’t like how so many products were all in my face when I open up my medicine cabinet. Truth be told, I only really use a few items every day and the others are occasional uses or extras. This is where the value of creating a backstock system comes in. I’m keeping things I genuinely need and use like extra lotion, deodorant, dental supplies etc, but in a tucked away area (it should be easy to access and see when needed). I’m limiting my everyday zone to what I use daily and leaving intentional blank space. The effect on my 🧠 is ✨ I’m also not so eager to close the cabinet and lose sight of all my stuff that I forget to do my beauty and self care routines. And, if you can declutter or get rid of things that truly aren’t serving you (beauty products you don’t like, things you haven’t used in over a year), that helps too. Visual clutter can be a huge source of stress for some people 🙋🏻♀️ especially when we have so much on our plates. This is a organizational strategy that works for me and I hope it helps you 🫶 bathroomorganization amazonfinds smallspaceliving bathroomdecor apothecary smallbathroomdesign momlife organizedmom homeorganization medicinecabinet smallspaces decluttering getorganized
