Sometimes those to do lists are too much and we need to take a pause. Other days you need to push that ✅ button. I’m sharing how I boost my concentration, ditch the post-it notes 🟨 and still remember everything. ⤵️ 📝 I use 3 x 5 pocket note cards with my dual sided desk mat to keep longer term to-do lists at the ready but also not constantly in my face stressing me out. and 📋 I use a 10 x 7 dry erase slider board for those days when I want to tick things off and feel 👆productive.
