In the Mood: Cozy Fireplace Styling. When styling any space in our home, I love mixing finishes and metals. You’ll often see that I mixed brass with polished chrome, or wrought iron / black too. It helps create a really cohesive look and balance throughout the space. You’ll also notice that if I introduce a color, I’ll try to add in another piece of that same color or tone to create that balance.
