Move your body everyday!!! That is one of my non-negotiable everyday.
I realized as I was hitting perimenopause and menopause that I had to do more than just a “workout”. It’s more important to just move your body throughout the day.
My goal is 10,000 steps a day. That happens. Most days but I have to be intentional about it.
If you want to increase your step goal, do it in small increments. If you are at 5,000 steps a day then add 1,000 steps. Once you are consistent with that number then you can add on.
It’s the small things we do consistently that compound over time and add up to the BIG transformation.
