The top is L from Talbots but sold out; I linked to other Breton striped tops I own. The Madewell Harlow pants are a favorite; I’m wearing size 14 petite. The Ann Taylor belt is size L/XL and elasticized in back. The Birkenstock sneakers are roomy but I took my usual size 8. The cardigan is an XS with Universal Standard which is like a 12/14.
