Using my “vitamin D” lamp while I work on this dreary Monday. When it’s grey or overcast and I know that it’s going to be hard for me to get some natural sunlight, I substitute with this light therapy lamp. Health benefits include: regulated sleep, increased focus, improved mood and a boost of energy. I just turn it on the lowest setting for 30 min to 1 hr. and let it do its thing.
