Well, I finally realized it was fall last weekend and spruced up the house. (It doesn't feel like it should be fall yet - this year is flying by!) It was fun to dress up my new china cabinet and I feel like I'm just getting started with this room. I'm planning on giving it a BIG makeover next year, but it's fun to decorate it while I'm waiting.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but the Thanksgiving turkey tastes the same with the Christmas tree up. 😜 I hear this every year, and totally agree!

I love having the trees up for at least 6 weeks in my home, so I start at the beginning of November. This tree is one of my very favorite purchases ever!

(We’ve had it 4 years now, and even though I have to replace a lot of bulbs this year, I don’t think I’ll ever replace it. This is my tree for 2022… this year’s tree coming soon!)

For years my girls have begged me to put up some fun outdoor holiday decor. #ad Last year I agreed that I would put some light-up deer figures in our side yard.
