Yummy Salmon Bowl (for two) 2 cups jasmine rice - add a little butter Preheat air fryer 400 degrees 1 lbs of salmon for 2 people - cut in bite size pieces * coat salmon in Sriracha, soy sauce & lime juice * 1 cup of Panko bread crumbs separate bowl * Add salt, pepper, garlic powder to bread crumbs - brown sugar if desired * Coat salmon in bread crumbs * Add salmon to air fryer * 400 degrees for 7 minutes * Add salmon to your bowl of rice once done Thinly slice some cucumber & cherry tomatoes Add some Edamame, slice green onion or chives Add sriracha, spicy Mayo, soy sauce, sushi ginger & seaweed as desired LTKhome
