My pumping bras from amazon. Top one is good if u want a bra to wear all day that looks nice under shirts, that u can pump with. I barely wear this though because it doesn’t work as well. I wear the bottom black one 99% of the time because it’s completely adjustable, easier/faster to put on, & more structured which keeps the flanges tightly in place
