Used the shelf and tension rod to create a DIY “locker” for my son’s 4th birthday. Make sure the tension rod can go smaller than 24” or remove the rubber ends on the one I linked like I did. These are double stuffed balloons so you will need an electric air pump. They’re small and cheap on Amazon. For the 5” balloons you MUST have a hand pump. These WILL NOT BLOW UP WITHOUT ONE.
