STEP 1::
Grab a mini muffin pan (I recommend a silicone one, but you can also use mini muffin liners if using a traditional mini muffin pan.
STEP 2::
Scoop 1 Tbsp greek yogurt into each muffin pan, then shake the pan to let any air bubbles escape & allow the top to smooth out. Then sprinkle your toppings on (I use chopped strawberries & mini chocolate chips).
STEP 3 :: Shake the muffin pan once more to allow everything to smooth out on top, and then pop into the freezer until fully frozen. Once frozen, remove from muffin pan & store in a freezer bag or air tight container store in the fridge. Pop them out whenever you want a sweet treat! (No need to thaw). ENJOY!!
**OPTIONAL: you can spread this out thin on a cookie sheet & sprinkle toppings, then freeze & break into "bark".
.. either way, it's good!
