Apartment living room makeover!! ✨

Robin and I have lived in this apartment for almost 10 years (!!!) Shout out to rent control ❤️

And I've been itching to give our living room a refresh. Nothing major - I love my green couch y'all, and all the storage this thrifted coffee table has, but it needed a new sparkle.

Twyla had totally torn all the tassels off our throw pillows and I finally could no longer stand looking at these old side tables I've had since college.

🖤 new vinyl mat from @vmathome. It's so much better than our previous one.

I think that's it for changes -- we created way more storage space, the desk is more functional for how we both use the room and Twyla also loves the features. I wish we did this apartment kitchen makeover years ago.

We're in a rent controlled apartment in San Francisco and trying to stay here as long as possible and making better use of this space 100% will help us extend the lifetime of this era!

Next up: tacking our junk shelf in the hallway.... 👀
