It’s partially my lighting but also does feel a tad darker in person than the online photos. - I think it is very comfortable! It’s on the firm side, but I sit and work on it for hours a day and love it. We had a guest sleep on it and said it was comfortable! If you want that super cushy bed feel, I would suggest a mattress topper :) - Slightly larger than a full, I used queen sized bedding and it worked! - Assembly was pretty simple!
